acekard 2i problem….?

Okay… so when I tried to put cheats on my acekard, I downloaded the USBCHEAT.DAT thing, extracted it, and than I when I went to patches, I didnt see any thing that said Cheat DB File. I only had: DS Download Play, Soft-Reset, Autorun, and Cheat/Action Replay. How to I get the Cheat DB File thing?
