Can anyone help me with a hacking problem that I have on my wii?

I used to have my wii hacked and had the homebrew channel and all that (I still do) but when I rented donkey kong country returns I had to update my wii so when ever I went to the homebrew channel my wii mote would just shut off and the blue lights weren’t on can anyone tell me if there’s a way to re-hack it or get it to work again? thanks
