hid conversion Kit in Georgia?

Okay, I’m wanting to install a 6000K White Diamond JLM hid conversion Kit, but I don’t want to be pulled over. Is this legal in Georgia and in Florida? The reason I put Florida is because I travel back and forth in both states. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
