I have this Blue Lump on my Anus?

Guys, I know it sounds really weird talking about this, but I have a small blue lump a little above my bum hole. Its not painful, but I am very scared (I’m only 13). I told my parents, but I want to know what it is. It could be a abscess or a hemorrhoid. Do those require surgery or painful activity to heal? I’m very scared of the doctor and I need help! Please!
