I want to lose weight! Plz help me! no generic answers or advertising for false diets/workouts?
I am a 16 year old girl, i’m about 5′4 and as of today I weigh 119lbs on my moms digital scale, I really wanna get down to 105lb or even 100lb bc I’m a cheerleader and last year my bases always complained about how much weight i had gained and about me being heavy. Ok if I were like the cheerleaders on tv who starve themselves everything would be great, but no! real cheerleaders eat, and i love to eat! I think about food all the time! 24/7 no lie!
Here is what i ate today
Breakfast- lean chicken pattie (random… i know), 1 egg and about 3 tablespoons of hashbrowns
Snack- i failed at staying away from the snack machine and I ate 1 whole pop tart and a 1/2 of the second one but I felt bad and threw the rest away
Lunch- tortilla wrap (usually its whole wheat but im not sure if this one was) ,with chicken and lettuce inside, tortilla chips in a small snack bag, and mandarin oranges
Snack- ok i just got my licence and wanted to look cool with the rest of the ppl from my school so i got a large sweet tea after school…. not an everyday thing i usually come home and snack
Excercise: 20 mins of a core slimdown thing on demand (tv) and 100 crunches and 20 push ups
its too hot to run and everytime i wanna go its, u need to study and when im not running its… daughter ur getting fat….
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i’m already muscle! I now have a “donk” according to some guys on the basketball team! ugh im not gonna get a serious health problem I just wanna slim down a few pounds!
