is this hemorrhoid symptom?

I have been getting a hemorrhoid symptoms for 6 months. It’s linked to my period. During my period, I’ve got a small rash on near my anus hole. It’s hurting a lot. I still have an itchy feeling continuously in and around my anus. I am on wait list to see a dermatologist.

Is this part of hemorrhoid or is this something else?
