Looking for a versitile portable media player that i can take my music/videos on and off of.?

I liked my iPod, i loved my Zune, but neither was what i was looking for. I want a portable media player that plays a wide variety of formats! This wasnt a problem with music on the formerly mentioned players (except for FLAC, FLAC support woulda been nice) but i always had to convert my videos a thousand different ways to play them, what a pain! I just want a portable media player that supports many different video and music formats, and one that i can take my music/videos on and off of. I hate that i cant get all my music back off of my Zune, because i usually delete it off my hard drive to save space on my PC. So a simple windows explorer based, ‘drag and drop’ system would be ideal. Anybody know of a product like this? I havent been able to locate one, but it seems so simple! My dingoo A320 does most of this (with an A/V out, i love that), it just has very low capacity and the UI isnt as streamlined as i’d like for a music player. Anyways, thanks in advance!
