Pokemon acekard Help?

The Fight button does not appear when in battle and i cannot press anything else
i originally thought it was due to me using a Japanese sav file on an Eu rom but i used a Eu sav file and that still doesn’t work.

if any of you have got a sav file that works can you please email it to me plz
