Problem with Bright House Internet/Phone Service?

Problem with Bright House Internet/Phone Service?

Both at my house and my grandmother’s house in Winter Park, the internet and phone service just stop working. My computer can connect, but my router/modem/etc can’t connect to the internet. My phone won’t work when this happens, either. It seems to be random, but the frequency of the event happening is increasing.

Does anyone know if Bright House is having problems with anything like that, and if they’re actively working to fix it? =/
