r4 III Professor Layton and the Unwound Future help?

So I downloaded Professor Layton and the unwound future in my r4 III. It worked but after the dialogues it won’t let me go any further, a black screen only appears. I tried to download it again, but still the same problem. If you know any download links for this game, please give it to me. And also, can you explain why this happens?
