SuperCard, ACEKard, or R4?

SuperCard, acekard, or R4?

I have a DSi so I need one that works for that, plus I was wondering if they could play GBA ROMs. Oh, and I like to play anime games, and theyre pretty expensive, and in Japanese. Do they work on them? [them = supercard, acekard, r4]
