What are some good places to find cheap DJ light equipment ?

Okay, my sweet 16 is going to be a giant rave! Sounds cool, huh?
but, I do have a rather small budget, so, I’m trying to some where to get really cheap rave accessories. Many
-strobe lights
-Fog Machines
-Laser Light Machines (really need this)
-Black Lights

I really need help guess, this will be my first birthday party since I turn 10 and I’ve got a pretty small budget. Any help is great, really
